Library Services provides a dedicated, professional and responsive service across the three campuses of City St George's, University of London. Our collections of print and online resources support the teaching and research activities of the institution. 

Our printed collections consist of around 250,000 books with over 25,000 online journals and over 1600 study spaces available in our libraries.

Duties

  • Support the Head of Academic Services, the Subject Librarian (Law) and the Accessibility Librarian in the development, delivery and promotion of services to the City Law School in support of the learning, teaching and research objectives of City St George's, University of London.
  • Assist in projects undertaken by Library Services and support the delivery of student inductions and workshops.

Essential criteria

  • Demonstrate a commitment to delivering customer focused services in an academic library.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to supervise and motivate team members and be capable of working in a team environment without close supervision.
  • Familiarity with a range of library, information and office software as well as the capacity to work with accuracy and attention to detail is expected.
