This is a great opportunity to gain experience in a high-quality early years setting while working on a flexible, as-needed basis.

As part of our Bank Staff Pool, you will: 

• Provide high-quality care and support for children under our care
• Create a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
• Follow planned activities and routines while supporting the permanent staff team
• Ensure children’s safety and well-being, following all safeguarding and health & safety policies
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the nursery setting
• Communicate effectively with colleagues, children, and parents
• Step into different rooms as required, assisting where needed.

• A flexible, positive, and professional attitude
• Ability to adapt quickly and work effectively as part of a team
• A valid DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)

• Experience working in an early years setting is preferred but not essential
• A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years is desirable
• Understanding of safeguarding, health & safety, and child development principles
