Description

You will be required to:
To learn and assist in all aspects of Drylining Site Management.

1. Quality – Daily quality checks of drylining work as it is built and prior to handover, recording findings on the Fieldview quality management system.

2. Progress – Updating daily construction progress trackers

3. Monitoring – Update weekly plant/access equipment inspection schedules, monthly stock takes

4. Assist with day-to-day site activities

5. Must be prepared to be an active participant in a culture of heightened health & safety.

6. Build and maintain good client and internal relationships.

7. Participate in the planning of the department’s workload.

8. Assist other departments when required.

9. General administration

10. Attend, record meeting minutes and distribute the information.

11. Promote responsibility for health, safety, and welfare among staff.



Duties




Essential criteria

Essential
• GCSE C and above,
• CSCS card, but help will be given to obtain one if not already held

Desirable criteria

Desired skills
  • Good level of physical fitness
  • Awareness of health and safety
  • Ability to understand technical drawings and plans
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good understanding of computers
  • Good positive attitude with a can-do approach


Personal qualities
• Good communication and interpersonal skills which enable him/her to establish and maintain positive working relationships with peers, customers, and other contractors
• The ability to strictly adhere to construction and company health and safety policies and procedures.
• Work to deadlines set out by line managers

Working hours: Your normal hours of work will be 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Monday to Friday) with a daily break of 60 minutes.
