Essential criteria

  • Respond to web content requests.
  • Implementing basic changes for internal stakeholders.
  • Make decisions on content improvements and alternatives for individual requests.
  • Manage web content changes outside of project work.
  • Providing updates to requesters upon completion.
  • Prepare and assess images for news articles.
  • Ensuring quality and legality before uploading to the CMS.
  • Share administration of the Web Content inbox, ensuring timely management of emails.
  • Implement batch changes to course webpages during recruitment cycles based on approved fees and entry requirements.

Desirable criteria

  • Thorough knowledge of web content best practices and publishing.
  • Basic understanding of HTML.

Additional information

  • The salary will be in the range of £29,659 - £30,505 per annum. This is on Grade 4 of the salary scales for Clerical and Certain Related Administrative Staff.
  • Annual Leave is 30 days, plus 8 statutory and 4 additional days during the Christmas holiday period.
  • You will automatically be entered into the London Pension Fund with an option to opt out.
  • All offers of appointment are subject to the University receiving satisfactory references and medical clearance.
  • All posts at City St George’s are subject to reasonable adjustment under the Equalities Act (2010).
  • All appointments at City St George’s are subject to a probationary period.
  • The appointment is terminable by one months’ notice on either side.
